An excellent grade of organic Japanese shade-grown green tea matcha powder. A “thick” matcha with a silky and lingering sweet vegetal aftertaste.
Japanese Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis)
Add ½ - 1 tsp of matcha powder to a 12 oz. cup of hot water (never boiling - 180°F max). Break up any lumps with back of a spoon, and add 1 - 2 oz. of hot water. Whisk to blend. Top up with hot water or cold water and ice cubes. Stir and sweeten as desired.
